Lotro how long to 75

Aria of the Valar Upgrade - Level Boost. Valar Level Boost - Class Deed Tome. I do not know about this at all! Please check other sources to verify if the information provided is correct. The LI system was changed with Update 30 and therefore some of the related items will no longer be contained in the packages. Each Level Boost includes an item which raises your level to Dealt out in bags of coins to prevent Currency Cap overflow.

Trait: Riding Characteristic. Trait: Legendary Items. Don't get me wrong - I have stopped and smelled the roses. I have six alts, have played for several years, and still do not have a single character at level cap. Not even So I feel that for now I am done with smelling the roses and taking it slow - I have done that for three years. Now I want to experience end game as well, seeing as I have never done that before. Sep 16 , AM 8. Join Date Aug Posts On average, it will take between to hours of play to go from level 1 to As indicated above, it will depend heavily on how efficient the player is in gaining XP, whether they spend time crafting or doing other things than leveling, and all of the other ancillary caveats.

I think a good rule of thumb for the average player who doesn't craft much or at all and spends at least some time "enjoying the sights" on the way up is about hours of character play.

Usually, the less time you play per session will add to the total time it takes just because of time used to actually get going during each session. Sep 16 , AM 9. Join Date Jun Posts I had to log and check my rushed to lvl75 alt.

Of course that includes, 5 years sitting at lvl 18, crafting all the way to wesfold master and maxed with the guild , rushing him to 75 a few months ago out of boredom , plus full reputation with end game factions including limelight gorge.

It doesn't include any virtue deeding since his virtues are at horrible state right now. Rushing of course, means that you know what you are doing. You must know which quests to take or leave in an area, in what order, where to find the quest objectives and finally, where to go next. Since you have played the game for so long, you will not have problems with areas you are familiar with. Once you reach unfamiliar territories though you will probably slow down a bit.

The quests over lvl60, mostly lead you from one to the next and you can go relatively fast. But do you want to? There are some nice roses to smell just outside Isenguard. Why miss out content you never done before rushing through it? After all, the cap goes up again in a few weeks and you have all the time to get to lvl 85 in a more relaxed way. Sep 16 , AM Took my mini a month of playing to get to 75 Real month, not in game month.

This was my first toon to hit cap. I don't necessarily think the questing has gotten worse. Wow that really sucks. I had heard all the fanbois claiming the game was much better now, I was hoping the grind was better than the 20 levels before it which is where I previously quit the game. I guess thats what happens when you run a game in maintenance mode and use interns from middle school to design your content. I usually stop leveling alts once I get them their warsteed, so they can use it to go back thru low levels quickly for deeding.

I haven't had the stomach or the will to get through the rest of the upper level stuff again. If all you're focused on is on character, you can probably slog thru it, but the days of a full set of level-capped characters is gone for me and most everyone else I know in the game.

Yeah, slog would be the word I would use to describe it. I cannot bear the HD expansion. I think it is some of the worst designed content in the history of the game.

I actually quite enjoyed ROR apart from the warsteed parts. My main hasn't completed any of the last two updates. I may possibly purchase them when they have the inevitable points sale, but I am not sure if I can be bothered as I did not enjoy Minas Tirith. My alts are stuck at pre HD as I could not bring myself to go through that content again.

The thing that gets me is that at the start of the game, with its made-up story, it felt more like Lord of the Rings and epic than it does now where we are actually now following the story of the books and are in the middle of the action. I think a large part of the problem is how drawn out the story is. Rohan did not need 2 expansions of the same old Thane and village are under attack etc. They should have gone for more dynamic landscape content and made more of the warbands.

I also find the new LI system a turn off. There is no way I could ever max out my alts, whereas in the old system I easily could do a few. My days of multi alts are over for sure.

My stable of toons are crafting only. Im currently leveling a fresh RK and have a fresh Warden made that I may play in the future. I was never a TV person so my free time was lotro just because I had it.

Now my personal business is taking off my free time is much less than it was. Lotro is probably what I will use to fill my free time, but it will be much much less than the past. I skipped the last update the one with the raid but I did just buy March of the King. I'm taking my time with it and I haven't started any of the flower-picking stuff yet. The one thing I do appreciate greatly is seeing blue sky again after all that time under The Dawnless Day.

About half the updated content is geared towards under-cap levels, sometimes replacing entire zones. It really is a whole new game when you bring a new class through a few months after your first capped player. Ron Gun Ron Gun 61 1 1 silver badge 1 1 bronze badge.
